The procurement team are responsible for the overall product range sold by Southgate Global, continually assessing products that are coming towards the end of their life cycle and therefore are removed. We also identify new product innovations which we believe will deliver new added value solutions for existing and new customers. 

As part of the procurement programme we are constantly looking at supplier capability both from production capacity, their ability to deliver on time and in full, as well ensuring they continue to be competitive in the current cost volatile environment.
